<DIV></DIV>>Well, Moscow's own Mr. Stambler, prophet of the world, seer for God, future
<DIV></DIV>>Apostle for the LDS, and future President of the United States, managed to
<DIV></DIV>>get a 0% on his August prophecies.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>I'm in great hopes that he will now go find counseling and leave this list
<DIV></DIV>>alone.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>Best,
<DIV></DIV>>Dale

<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>The Month of August 2003
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>Too many problems in the world now. A mathematician could not solve them.
<DIV></DIV>>The Book of Revelation in The New Testament explains why all these events
<DIV></DIV>>are happening: These are the End Times, it is to be expected. Here are my
<DIV></DIV>>predictions for the month of August 2003.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>1) There will be a nuclear war, somewhere in the world.
<DIV></DIV>>2) Millions of people, worldwide, will die -as if spontaneously- from
<DIV></DIV>>inexplicable causes.
<DIV></DIV>>3) 90% of all universities and colleges will cancel Fall semester 2003.
<DIV></DIV>>4) The East Coast of the United States will displace at least 3 million of
<DIV></DIV>>its current population.
<DIV></DIV>>5) Pullman, Washington will be totally abandoned.
<DIV></DIV>>6) Moscow, Idaho will be all but abandoned.
<DIV></DIV>>7) The United States will experience an acute gas shortage. Rural areas
<DIV></DIV>>will be most severely affected by this. Many rural communities will be
<DIV></DIV>>abandoned.
<DIV></DIV>>8) Train transportation will be the only possible long distance mode of
<DIV></DIV>>travel in the United States.
<DIV></DIV>>9) The Internet will crash, never to be fully functional again.
<DIV></DIV>>10) The United States federal government will go into hiding.
<DIV></DIV>>11) Crooks and wrongdoers will inexplicably confess all their law-breaking
<DIV></DIV>>deeds. Then, they will inexplicably die.
<DIV></DIV>>12) Europe will be overrun by gangs.
<DIV></DIV>>13) The food supply in the Northwest will be secure, only if food is only
<DIV></DIV>>grown in greenhouses. All other farming will not yield crops.
<DIV></DIV>>14) All foreign nationals in the United States will be urged to permanently
<DIV></DIV>>leave the United States. Violence against foreign nationals will
<DIV></DIV>>unfortunately become a regular occurrence.
<DIV></DIV>>15) Christ will spare no one, who has been slated for dying.
<DIV></DIV>>16) Millions of married couples will find themselves inexplicably and
<DIV></DIV>>permanently separated.
<DIV></DIV>>17) All those who fornicate after receiving a personal sign from God not to,
<DIV></DIV>>will perish within 7 months.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>How prediction works
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>Prediction is not at all like science. Either the prediction comes to pass,
<DIV></DIV>>or it doesn't. There is no in-between. In science, there is much room for
<DIV></DIV>>error. But when predicting, there is no room for error: All predictions
<DIV></DIV>>must come true in order for anyone predicting to have any credibility.
<DIV></DIV>>Either the person predicting is 100% accurate, or they are 100% incorrect.
<DIV></DIV>>There is no middle ground when predictions are made, because too much is at
<DIV></DIV>>stake. Statistics are useless, because all predictions are based on the
<DIV></DIV>>future, and only marginally on the past.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>Rapidly uncontrollable world events like the civil war in Liberia; the
<DIV></DIV>>inhumane conquest of the Iraqi people by the United States; the almost
<DIV></DIV>>random death, worldwide, that happens daily. All of our lives will soon be
<DIV></DIV>>radically changed by the "unpredictability" of world events. But it is not
<DIV></DIV>>that these events are unpredictable, but rather that they are unstoppable.
<DIV></DIV>>Any Christian knows that The End Times are upon us. Death, then, will
<DIV></DIV>>become an ordinary, daily occurrence for young and old, all around the
<DIV></DIV>>world. Without prediction, humanity has much less of a chance to survive.
<DIV></DIV>>Only God-given prediction can help humans organize in these very deadly and
<DIV></DIV>>unimaginable times.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>The perfection of God's timing
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>Only God knows precisely when an event should happen. For example, if God
<DIV></DIV>>assigns a specific time when He will communicate some specific information
<DIV></DIV>>to human beings, then that information will not be given before or after the
<DIV></DIV>>appropriate time. All ongoing revelation from God is given to human beings
<DIV></DIV>>with divine perfection, and that always means "at the right time."
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>When 1 + 1 does not equal 2
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>How is it that predictions come to pass in non-linear fashion? That's the
<DIV></DIV>>nature of prediction. True, predicted events happen as if in a whirlwind
<DIV></DIV>>that has no beginning, no ending and seemingly comes out of nowhere.
<DIV></DIV>>Predicted events can be subtle or obvious, and they always defy logic. Only
<DIV></DIV>>people with a decent amount of faith can understand and appreciate the true
<DIV></DIV>>characteristics of predicted events.
