[Vision2020] Happiness's e-mail

how do we know that it was a Moscow SChool District issue?  there are more
than 1 school district in latah and whitman county.  and I would be really
concerned if the school district would relise that kind of information to
any over the phone..

I JUST called the School District Office - to their knowledge,
there is no such case as spoken about by "happiness", 
especially to the extent that was written about in that 
e-mail.
 
There may be one, but without verification, who can tell?
