Bill,
Define Downtown? The daycare was located behind the Renaissance Mall on A
Street - that is not downtown Moscow. The businesses that have occupied the
former Anderson and Walker space downtown where not here when Alturas was
built. Therefore, a positive person will say that Anderson and Walker's
relocation to Alturas, allow three (3) smaller businesses with less capital
to find an affordable place.

Does your total of 80 jobs include the jobs shifted from downtown as
attorneys, day care operators, accountants etc moved to Alturas?
Why not tighten the rules to preserve Alturas for its original function
of providing an attractive space for job-creating high-tech companies?
