Bill London,

The reason that the apples get mixed with the oranges is that you mix
them in your original post. You attack two different issues:

1.	The financing of Alturas.
2.	The mix of business types in Alturas.

Your technique is to cast negative light on Alturas by saying the tax
payers are being ripped off. Every time the fact is brought out about
the money that has gone INTO the schools' coffers because of Alturas,
you simply ignore this fact. If you want to reserve the replies to the
issue of "business mix" in the park, then stick to the facts regarding
the financial effect of the park on the city of Moscow.

As for your comment about Eastside Market Place - why not ask the
present owners what THEY think the influence of Alturas. Want to put a
small side bet on that answer?

The comment about not having owning a calculator is interesting. Is this
sarcasm? It is hard to tell in an email. But it must be nice to have a
job where you don't have to worry about daily cash flow. But perhaps
that explains why you seem to refuse to deal with the actual dollar
amounts here. Bottom line - if you want to discuss the "business mix" -
we can have a valid discussion. If you want to point fingers at "tax
subsidies" and "taxpayer losses" best you buy yourself a calculator and
add up the numbers.
