Right... right... and the best way to control gun use is to legalize it?
Otherwise, we'll just be padding the wallets of those blackmarket gun
dealers.

So to control drugs, guns, liquor, etc., we just legalize it all?

Or we would we do better to legislate "actions" rather than substances and
objects?
