<P>Although Halliburton has been awarded the one contract in Iraq and has been taken out of the major contracting, it is will still receive many subcontacts that will could generate even greater profits then before then a few major contracts would have. This is a clever way of making even more money without being in the critical eye of the public. Some however, are not easily fooled by changing the name from contract, to sub-contract. </P>
