[Vision2020] Tuition for a public education?

I personally would include science in any description of the basics.

I'd also like to add that AFAIK, and I asked recently, the district does
NOT offer summer school classes, even for the basics, for seventh and
eighth grade junior high students.

If my understanding is incorrect, I hope someone with more accurate
information will provide it.
