Does the CIA have any documents detailing the U.S. Weapons of Mass 
Destruction Program?  I'd bet that it has far greater budget and 
capabilities.  Oh, but that's right.  We aren't a threat to the world, 
because don't attack other countries.

Except Iraq.
And Afghanistan.
And Yugoslavia.
And Panama.
And Grenada.
And Sudan.
And Libya.
And Nicaragua.
And Vietnam.
And Cuba.

You know, I don't think that there was ever a nation in history that had 
moral justification for attacking so many countries.  God, we're special.
