4. Report on Audit - Don Palmer
Idaho Code 50-2006 requires that the Agency provide a complete =
financial
statement setting forth its assets, liabilities, income and operating
expenses for the previous year. This audit is compliant with General
Accounting Standards Board publication 34. Attached is the draft audit =
of
the Moscow URA.=20

ACTION: Approve audit and authorize transmittal to the City of Moscow =
in
accordance with I.C. =A750-2006.

5. Legislative Issues Update - Gary J. Riedner
The only legislation that has been presented in this legislative =
session is
House Bill 276, which limits a URA's area of operation to exclude any
unincorporated area of a county.=20

6. Set Date for Budget Hearing - Don Palmer
The date for budget presentation needs to be set for fiscal year 2004.
Historically the hearing date has been set for the month of June. Staff =

recommending Thursday, June 19, 2003.=20
