[Vision2020] Eleven Reasons to Give Actors a Break

Ted, David, and All -

Simple.  That is why the president has a cabinet; to assist him/her in the 
decision making process.  I would be seriously concerned about a president that 
makes decisions without checking with his/her cabinet secretaries and/or Joint 
Chiefs of Staff first.
