Come on now, Mr. Arnold. I am certain that what you mean by legal killing
of 16 year olds and the mentally ill in Texas is the state sancitoned
execution of these individuals, just as I am certain that these same
individuals were convicted of vilent crimes that resulted in death(s) of
innocent people.
What crimes were the Iraqi citizens convicted of to justify executing them?

Dan,
Killing 16 year olds and the mentally ill and disabled is "legal" in
Texas, but that doesn't mean it is moral. Just as the gasing of innocent
Kurds was legal in Iraq, Hussein is the law in Iraq, therefore that was
legal too, yet wrong. Both of Bush's and Hussein's actions are in violation
of UN Charter and morally unjustifiable.
