[Vision2020] "Creative" Use of Figures

David,
    I mentioned this individual's political candidacy
and professional expertise because I'm always
suspicious of statistics and figures thrown around
during political campaigns. 
   
    Let's face it they can be very misleading. 
    
    I don't believe any party or profession has a
monopoly on using them to their advantage or to make a
point, I'm just aware that it does happen. 
    
    Anyone know if the original ones I mentioned on
the budget and enrollment are accurate?
