Law enforcement believes University of Idaho computer science doctoral
student Sami Omar Al-Hussayyan has ties to terrorism. Al-Hussayyan, who is
from Saudi Arabia, was indicted by a Boise grand jury on 7 felony visa fraud
charges. He was arrested Wednesday, 2-26-03 and numerous Middle Eastern
students were questioned. Some attorneys say FBI and INS questioning tactics
terrified foreign students, and say the government's accusations are flimsy
so far.

The audio is presented by Radio Free Moscow, a future radio station
promoting public awareness through grassroots media. The audio files are 24
