[Vision2020] boxing liability

Dear Visionaries,

Ms. Huskey's most recent post contained some troubling allegations,
evident even amid the hysteria.  Could one of the lawyers who subscribes
to this list confirm or deny her list of possibly liable groups and
individuals (including Logos, officials at the fight, etc.)?  Is the
1912 building and the city council liable if someone gets drunk while at
one of the functions at said building?  How far does liability go in
such a case?
