Why don't you write about those issues?
I do not want to appear snippy here, but I think that is what is needed
here--for people to change the subject on V2020 by writing about topics they
find more interesting.
So what about the new voluntary water conservation standards?  is that
enough?
What is the role that local governments should play in economic
development?  Are those tax dollars spent on economic development goals
well-spent?
