Mr. Stambler -

Aren't you putting the cart before the horse?  A person allegedly commits a
criminal offense (sexual abuse) and you file a civil suit against him?  

Wouldn't it be wiser to file a criminal complaint against Mr. Wilson and
after that is completed, file a civil suit against him?  This way the
criminal complaint (and its subsequent trial) would substantiate your civil
action.
