[Vision2020] Rumsfeld as spokesman

A large part of my problem with the admistration's Iraq policy is based on
the personality of Donald Rumsfeld. When he holds court with the press, any
question that might vaguely question the adminstration's rationale is
greeted with a sneer, a smirk, and a cutting, condescending, arrogant
response. If the Defense department had a spokesman more in the mold of a
Colin Powell, perhaps the national and international audience would be more
sympathetic to the Bush administration's stance.
