Phil of Cadillac Jack's states:

"If Idaho was to legalize slots, it would appear to me that we would have an 
added tax source bringing in an estimated 700 million."

Using your established tax percentage of 15%, this would require these state-
legalized gambling houses to earn a total of $4,666,666,666.67 annually.  Do 
you have any evidence that reflects state-legalized gambling houses in Idaho 
would earn such annual income?
