    On Sunday 1/19/03 MOSCOW MORNING VIEWS, a talk

    --In the first hour (9-10 am) Breck Seiniger, Jr.
of Boise, attorney for the family of Wendy Hunter will
come on the air. Mr. Seiniger will discuss his
clients' advocacy of WENDY'S LAW, a legislative
initiative to require disclosure when minor workers
are employed in a workplace where sex offenders are
present. 
Wendy Hunter, 17 years old, was raped and murdered by
a convicted sex criminal co-worker in Southern Idaho
in 1996.
