[Vision2020] Gas Prices

Actually I just filled up again today at Safeway (1.609 with Safeway card) 
in Lewiston and it went up 4 cents since Friday.  My guess is that it 
probably went up at Flying J and the Casino, but not that much.  I didn't 
have the need to drive that far out today.
