[Vision2020] Gas Prices

Bill, Moscow seems to always have the highest gas prices around. There is I
guess only one supplier, and he calls the shots. The local gas stations can
not really compete with each other under these conditions, so there are
never any 'gas wars' like in the good old days in other cities. Ah...
remember
when gas was $ .25 a gallon and it was cheap even then?

I am often tempted to drive to Pasco to get some cheap gas, then drive back
to Moscow with a nice tank full. ;-)  (Hmm...haven't run the numbers, but
this just might save money after all!)
