But essentially you're taking the position that because you don't want the
state to establish and fund public schools, the state should stop. Since
the Idaho Constitution calls for the establishment and funding of such
schools, the state is acting within its lawful authority in doing so.
Would I be correct in saying that you would like to amend the Idaho
Constitution to bar such action on the part of the state? At least from K
through 12?
