Only if GW finds out that Blix is sitting on more oil than Hussein.  Then 
Dubya simply changes his target.  Remember, Blix is Swedish, and Sweden 
used to be a superpower, extending its military reach far and wide.  Sweden 
has a modern army, and "could be" developing weapons of mass destruction to 
use on the same neighbors that they terrorized hundreds of years ago.

A warning to Sweden:  Poland is now a member of NATO!
