[Vision2020] Wilson and Wilkin's book derives to some extent from a gay & Lesbian dance in Moscow, Idaho at the Old Post office.

The tape, "Foresight of the Fathers," covers several subjects, but
towards the beginning it is mostly a recapitulation of the introduction
to the booklet, "Southern Slavery As It Was." It was given at the 1996
history conference.
It seems that it was a gay & Lesbian dance at the Old Post Office in
Moscow, Idaho that got Douglas Wilson started on writing his book. The
speech on tape mentions that it was Douglas Wilson himself handing out
anti-gay literature at the entrance to this dance which is mentioned in
the "Southern Slavery As It Was."
I would like to have some historical information about this dance. Who
was the liberal minister who debated Wilson and led him to defend
slavery so he could attack gays?
