It is sad that Moscow planned their lighted parade on the same day as
Potlatch has had theirs for the past eight years. It really hurts the small
towns when Moscow decides to overwrite what they have done and take away
from it.
People could, however, make it both parades if they wanted since Potlatch is
at 5 p.m. and Moscow at 7 p.m. Might be a rush and you'd miss out on other
festivities going on in Potlatch in conjunction.
