now, you got me going, hansen: don't ever tell me to keep my voice down.

try calling cactus computer, and learn what a family-run operation can do for your life: FIRST STEP INTERNET ROUTINELY ROBS THE PUBLIC WITH ITS HIGH-TECH COMPUTER FRONTING, WHEN WHAT IT IS REALLY AFTER IS CORNERING THE ENTIRE MARKET ON THE PALOUSE AND THEN RAISING THE RATES EVEN FURTHER. It is a dishonest operation, and has always been run that way.

stick a computer mouse in your ear, hansen...

For your general information, Mr. Stambler, I am quite impressed with First Step Internet. I have maintained a basic account with them for the past 7 or 8 years. I really don't consider paying $15 per month for unlimited access as a heavy burden at all. I have maintained a "virtual server" account with them for the past 2 or 3 years with absolutely no probelms at all. In all the time that I maintained a basic account there were only two incidents where I had trouble logging on and that was for a period of about 20 minutes each. Even then, I considered the 20-minute downtime as server maintenance because I was accessing their servers at some early morning hour on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

Until you can find an Internet Service Provider that offers more for less, keep yhour voice down.
