For your general information, Mr. Stambler, I am quite impressed with First
Step Internet. I have maintained a basic account with them for the past 7
or 8 years. I really don't consider paying $15 per month for unlimited
access as a heavy burden at all. I have maintained a "virtual server"
account with them for the past 2 or 3 years with absolutely no probelms at
all. In all the time that I maintained a basic account there were only two
incidents where I had trouble logging on and that was for a period of about
20 minutes each. Even then, I considered the 20-minute downtime as server
maintenance because I was accessing their servers at some early morning hour
on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

Until you can find an Internet Service Provider that offers more for less,
keep yhour voice down.
