[Vision2020] Smoke North Of Moscow too.

There was also smoke north of Moscow on the other side of steakhouse
hill around 1pm.  It was in a different spot than yesterday's fire.  Can
anyone tell if field burning is happening currently in the area?

Smoke was seen rising from a patch of trees just south of Hwy. 8 about 5
mi. 
east of Moscow near the landfill this afternoon around 3 PM, with a 
helicopter hovering overhead seen carrying a bucket and apparently
dropping 
water onto the blaze.
