Debbie,
I can think of ten ways to celebrate the day of the child or to use the
'espanyol lingo' - El Dia de los Ninos:
10. Toss the TV and Read a book
9. Stop Barnie from singing that silly song.
8. Teach them that the dinosaurs only ate vegies.
7. Stop making sentimental 'holydays' that have no meaning
6. Teach them that orange and green are not very good hair colors.
5. Toss the TV and Write a book.
4. Allow them to work with out penalty ... before they are 18
3. Teach them the truth and not a pack of lies... Evolution is only
a theory.
2. Cancel public school ... for good.
and the number ONE way to celebrate Child's day:
Stop Killing them before they are born!

This legislation would recognize April 30 as Children s Day/El Dia de
los Ninos in Idaho. It would not be a legal holiday but would have
status similar to Mother s Day and Father s Day. Idaho presently has
no designated day recognizing the value and importance of children.
Children s Day has been a tradition in many communities in the
southwestern part of the United States. It has been observed by some
Idaho communities.

I think this is a nice idea. Any suggestions for some activities to
commemorate this?
