[Vision2020] Stop corporate tax dodging

Mr. Courtney,

I don't think your contention there is a negative relationship between tax
rate and prosperity is supported by most analyses of overall quality of life
where the US generally  is rated below most of the social democracies of
Europe and our lefty leaning neighbors to the north. All of which have
higher tax rates than the US.
