Vision 2020 will no longer be a true open forum once anyone is blocked
from posting, for whatever reason. The first time an individual is
blocked from posting, it will become easier to block another. By having
no structure or rules, the forum is truly free. Once rules are imposed,
and a committee of proper posting is formed, and rude posters are
subsequently barred from the forum, then the forum will lose that
quality which makes it unique. 

Subscribers are free to post. Conversely, they are free to ignore the
posts deemed offensive. 

Ban nobody. Ignore the irritant.
