[Vision2020] Hate Crime on the Palouse

I agree 100% with Ms. Troyano.  This type of activity is akin to cross 
burning.  It makes a statement of which a vast majority of Palouse residents 
disagree.  These students (assuming they are students) that did this should be 
strongly disciplined.
