[Vision2020] Merry Christmas

Dear visionaries, 
Just a short note expressing my deep hope that you all had as blessed a
Christmas as our household did. Nothing compares to it -- worship on
Christmas Eve, family gathered around a table in deep fellowship, prime
rib and rich red wine, grand-kids delighted with their stick horses, and
a glorious tree in the living room. But as rich as it is, our rejoicing
and gift giving are nothing but a pale reflection of the gift God gave to
us in the Incarnation of His Son Jesus Christ. 
It has been two thousand years now, and all our calendars are about to
turn over in silent commemoration of our Lord's birth, anno Domini
2003. Common era, bah! Common era, humbug!
