[Mjhsteam] 9th Grade Reception Help and thanks

Dear Parents

 

What a beautiful weekend!  What a great year.  Thanks for everything you all
have done to help MJHS.  There's a thank you from Aleisa Barber below.

 

Next Friday May 29th there will be an all-school awards presentation
followed by a reception for the Ninth Grade students.  Parents are welcome
at the assembly (which starts at 12:45).  Ninth grade parents are welcome to
stay or come for the reception, which starts a little after 2:00.

 

We are looking for volunteers to help set up for the reception.  We need two
or three parents available to come at noon to help with set-up.  Please
email me if you're available.

 

We are also looking for Ninth Grade parents to bring treats for the
reception.  If you can bring 2 dozen cookies or other treats, please email
me.  You can bring them with you if you plan to come to the reception; if
that's not convenient you can arrange to drop them off with me beforehand.  

 

 It's been great working with you over the years.  I'll see you at the high
school!

Hi Everyone,

 

Just a quick note to let you know how much the entire Junior High staff
enjoyed all the treats brought in by the parents last week. 

They really felt appreciated! Thanks to everyone who sent food, donated
store bought items, sent cards, etc. throughout this school year. I wish you
could see the happy faces when the staff stops by the work room on an
appreciation day!

 

There was a round, clear, glass plate with a design on it that was not
picked up last week and it did not have a name on it. If it is yours, please
stop by the office to pick it up. I think it may have had some large cookies
on it.

 

Thanks for all your help with staff appreciation this year!
