[Mjhsteam] MJHS T-shirts and sweatshirts

We had 52 students enter designs for this year's MJHS t-shirt logo 
contest. The staff voted on the designs and narrowed it down to 7 
finalists. The students voted this week and selected the winning design 
by 7th grade student Mijken McCurry. You can now order these collector 
t-shirts and sweatshirts! Your student should be coming home with an 
order form later this week. You can also pick up a form in the main 
office. Unfortunately our list serve won't accept attachments, but if 
you want to get your order in right away, I can also send you the form 
via email if you have access to Microsoft Publisher. Just send me a 
private email (not to the whole list serve). Orders will be accepted up 
until just before Thanksgiving break. The shirts will be ready the week 
before winter break. They make great holiday gifts.

The t-shirts are 100% cotton and are available in short and long sleeve. 
The sweatshirts are hooded pullovers and are a poly/cotton blend. You 
can order red shirts with black lettering, or white shirts with red 
lettering, in adult sizes SM - 2XL. The prices this year are $15 for a 
short sleeve shirt, $18 for a long sleeve shirt, and $30 for a hooded 
sweatshirt.

This t-shirt sale is the main fundraiser for the parent group. Profits 
from t-shirts sales in recent years have been used to purchase student 
reader boards for the cafeteria and main hallway, new curtains for the 
stage in the multi-purpose room, and a makeover of the staff lounge.
