[Mjhsteam] 9th grade parent help still needed on June 1st

Hello to Everyone,

We could use a few more volunteers to help with the 9th Grade Farewell Reception on June 1st which will take place at the end of the Academic Awards Assembly.  The assembly will start at 2:15 and last till 2:55. 
 
We have 210 9th grade students so that will take a lot of cookies/bars!

If you have already let us know how you can help, thank you. If not, there are still four areas in which we could use help:

1.  We need about 10 more parents to bring in 4 dozen homemade Cookies, bars, brownies, Rice Krispy treats, etc.  Can be left at Main Office 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. on June 1st. Needs to be something that doesn’t need refrigeration.  

2.  We need several more parents who can help with Set-Up from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

3.  We need several more parents who can help serve cookies and/or drink  at the reception from 2:15 to 2:55 p.m. 

4.  We need several more parents who can help with the clean-up from 3:00 to 3:30.
