Hello to Everyone,

We could use volunteers to help with the 9th Grade
Farewell Reception on June 1st which will take place
at the end of the Academic Awards Asssembly.  It will
start at 2:15 and last till 2:55. We have 210 9th
grade students so that will take a lot of
cookies/bars!

Four Areas in which we could use help:

1.  Bringing Homemade Cookies, bars, brownies, Rice
Krispy treats, etc.  Can be left at Main Office 7:30
to 11:30 a.m. on June 1st.  

2.  Set-Up 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

3.  Reception: 2:15 to 2:55 p.m. Need at least 8
 people to help serve cookies and/or drink

4.  Clean-up from 3:00 to 3:30.  Need at least 8
people
