Parent Portal:
MJH is launching a new portal for parents and students to track students’ progress. It will be accessible by using a unique user name and password. The website will be updated by teachers every 2nd and 4th Tuesday. This portal will replace progress reports. Lunch balances, attendance, and the Cub communicator will also be available on the website. A letter explaining the portal, along with a user name and password, was included with the semester report card.

Mr. Kleinart:
Mr. Kleinart read a brief portion of a letter thanking the PST for creating the student directory. The directory helped a frantic parent track down a wayward child.
A locker check was held in January. Many overdue library books were found.
The Lost and Found can be located at the school’s main entrance. It will be emptied every two weeks. Items left over two weeks could be swapped with Jennifer Jr. High in Lewiston. Needy students could pick something from the swapped items and not feel self-conscious about wearing it.
Valentine deliveries need to be kept at home. The main office does not have room for these. Deliveries that do come in will be delivered in 8th period.
There is no school February 16th and February 17th.

Mr. Hill:
Five people are needed to help with Penny Drive count on March 3rd from 10:00 until 3:00.
A suggestion was made to sell pizza at the upcoming dance as a fundraiser for new curtains for the stage.
