<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Information packet on Supplemental Levy Increase Election available to public.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Levy monies would be used to maintain existing operations and programs.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Student directory will not be given to Levy organizers but parents can use it to make phone calls in gathering support for Levy. </P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">MJH is launching a new portal for parents and students to track students’ progress.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>It will be accessible by using a unique user name and password.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The website will be updated by teachers every 2<SUP>nd</SUP> and 4<SUP>th</SUP> Tuesday.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>This portal will replace progress reports.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Lunch balances, attendance, and the Cub communicator will also be available on the website.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>A letter explaining the portal, along with a user name and password, was included with the semester report card.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Mr. Kleinart read a brief portion of a letter thanking the PST for creating the student directory.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The directory helped a frantic parent track down a wayward child.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">A locker check was held in January.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Many overdue library books were found.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">The Lost and Found can be located at the school’s main entrance.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>It will be emptied every two weeks.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Items left over two weeks could be swapped with Jennifer Jr. High in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Lewiston</st1:place></st1:City>.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Needy students could pick something from the swapped items and not feel self-conscious about wearing it.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Valentine deliveries need to be kept at home.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The main office does not have room for these.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Deliveries that do come in will be delivered in 8<SUP>th</SUP> period.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">There is no school February 16<SUP>th</SUP> and February 17<SUP>th</SUP>.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Progress reports will be sent for the last time for 7<SUP>th</SUP> grade on February 20<SUP>th</SUP>, 8<SUP>th</SUP> grade on February 27<SUP>th</SUP>, and 9<SUP>th</SUP> grade on February 27<SUP>th</SUP>.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">There will be a dance in the MPR on February 15<SUP>th</SUP> at 3:15 to 6:15.</P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">A suggestion was made to sell pizza at the upcoming dance as a fundraiser for new curtains for the stage.</P>
