[Mjhsteam] MJHS - last chance for student directory

This year the parent group is producing a student phone and address
directory for MJHS families. Thank you to all the parents who helped
type in the bulk of the information 2 weeks ago!

If you want your student included in the directory but have not yet
turned in a form, we will accept student data forms until next Tuesday,
October 3rd. You may turn them into the main office, or you may e-mail
the information directly to me. The information we need is the student
name, grade, phone number, address and the parent names, phone numbers
and addresses (if different than the student).

DO NOT E-MAIL THE INFORMATION TO THE ENTIRE LIST SERVE! 

The directories will be available for student purchase the second week
of October. The cost is $1 each.
