Please find attached the cases that we will discuss during today's case law
presentation. As you will see there is a recent Middle District Summary
Judgment Order extending the *Carithers* decision on rip and tear; then
following Trey's summary and update on the NFIP, we thought it interesting
to discuss some cases that remind us of the proper protocols for making a
flood insurance claim, as well as some other interesting points of law
pertaining to the use of flood insurance in the real property industry.
