Folks,

Attached are the cases that we plan on covering on today's call (time
permitting).

While I know everyone has grown quite fond of my (some have said)
near-angelic voice, we will all be treated to have some additional
presenters for today's Case Law Update:

I would like to first introduce everyone to Mrs. Jeanette Moffa Wagener,
Esq., who is an associate attorney of the Law Offices of Moffa, Sutton, &
Donnini, P.A.  Mrs. Moffa Wagener concentrates her practice in the area of
State and Local Taxation with a heavy emphasis on *sales* and *use* tax.
In addition to Florida and multi-state sales and use tax issues, she also
works on appellate administrative law cases. When she is not practicing
law, she teaches as an adjunct professor at Broward College.  You can reach
Mrs. Moffa Wagener at jeanettemoffa at floridasalestax.com.  She will be
presenting a couple of interesting workers' compensation cases that have
come out this year (see *National Council* and *Gladden* attached hereto).

Next up is an old friend of mine, and fellow Tampa Jesuit Alumnus, Mr. Sam
Russell, Esq.  Mr. Russell founded The Russell Firm in Washington, D.C. in
2013, after five years of practice in big law in both Florida and D.C.  His
firm focuses on insurance recovery, exclusively representing policyholders,
and on construction litigation/arbitration.  Most recently, Mr. Russell has
opened up a second office of his firm in Jacksonville, FL. You can reach

of recent sinkhole insurance coverage cases that have come out this year
(see *Omega; Castro; Morrison; and Ringleman*).

I will also present a case on negligent procurement of an insurance policy
(see *Kendall South*) and (if there's time) a case on non-disclosure of
accurate flood zoning (*Tehrani*).
