Ok, to those who are not having any issues, I apologize for the multiple e-mails. Apparently, for some people the documents I sent, when received, do not have the PPT or PDF extension. It must be something that is occurring when filtered through the Bar's system because they come through fine when I send them directly to myself.
So, my suggestion: if you cannot open the PowerPoint or PDF I previously sent, save the document to your desktop and then change the file extension at the end to either "ppt" or "pdf" accordingly and then try to open the document.
I'm also trying one last time to attach a PDF of the presentation that I scanned as a PDF but I suspect the same problem is going to occur for those experiencing these issues.

Ok, trying this again because some have said the PDF I sent would not open. I am not experiencing any of these issues so it is hard for me to diagnose the problem. Hopefully this works.
