that is occurring when filtered through the Bar’s system because they come through fine when I send them directly to myself.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">So, my suggestion: if you cannot open the PowerPoint or PDF I previously sent, save the document to your desktop and then change the file extension at the end to either “ppt” or “pdf” accordingly and then try
to open the document. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
