[Liability Insurance] Florida Bar RPPTL Insurance & Surety Committee Meeting

Everyone:

As we discussed on our last call, the Executive Council meeting will be held this week at the South Seas Island Resort in Captiva, FL.  Attached is a copy of the onsite program.  I want to welcome Fred Dudley as Co-Chair and Michael Meyer and Scott Pence as Co-Vice Chairs for the coming year.

The Insurance & Surety Committee will be meeting on Friday, May 30, 2014, from 3:00-4:30 pm in the Scallop Room.  If you are unable to attend in person, the dial-in information is: Dial-in: 1-888-376-5050; Passcode: 125-421-5423#; Leader Pin: 99562.

We will utilize this time as a planning retreat to evaluate the committee structure, plan meetings for next year and assign responsibilities.  It is a great time to get involved and we encourage you to participate in person if possible, or by phone if not.   We are seeking for ways to improve and meet the needs of our members so everyone's input is welcomed.

In addition, review the Onsite Program and if another committee interests you, feel free to join that committee's meeting as well.  All committee meetings are open and everyone is encouraged to participate in the committees that interests you.

We appreciate everyone's participation and are excited about the upcoming year.
