[Liability Insurance] Insurance & Surety Committee Telephone Conference Scheduled for Monday, May 20, 2013

Attached are: (1) Agenda for the monthly call scheduled for Monday, May 20, 2013; (2) Minutes from the April 15, 2013 Telephone Conference; (3) copies of recent cases that will be discussed during the CLE Presentation by Scott Pence and Michael Meyer; and (4) a copy of the Committee Conference Codes which includes the dial-in information for Committee meetings that will be held during the Executive Council meeting at the Vinoy Hotel in St. Petersburg this week.  You are encouraged to participate in any of the Committee Meetings included on the list.

There will also be an in-person meeting this Thursday, May 24, 2013, from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. in conjunction with the Executive Council discussed above.  Even if you are not on the Executive Council but are in the Tampa Bay area please try to attend on Thursday.  We will be discussing the Committee's proposed changes to section 627.4137, Florida Statutes, and soliciting comments from other Committees.  It is a great way to meet people and to become involved in the Committee and legislative process.
