Bruce will discuss the key issues and requirements in procuring and enforcing Payment and Performance Bonds, and he will address these issues from the perspective of both the Surety and the Owner/Developer in the context of large construction projects.  Additionally he will also focus on what leverage both parties may have in different circumstances to negotiate, or renegotiate, the terms of the bonds.  He will also cover recent case law pertaining to the bond issues to be covered in his presentation
