[RPPTL Leasing Committee] [RPPTL LandTenCL] Fwd: HB 933 re toxic mold protections

[RPPTL Real Estate Leasing Committee]

I think this proposed addition to Chapter 83 is inappropriate for commercial leases.  The lease governs the respective repair/maintenance obligations of the parties in commercial lease agreements and there should be no need for a statutory remedy for mold.
This proposed legislation is more appropriate in the residential setting.
