<p class="MsoNormal">I think this proposed addition to Chapter 83 is inappropriate for commercial leases.  The lease governs the respective repair/maintenance obligations of the parties in commercial lease agreements and there should be no need for a statutory
 remedy for mold.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This proposed legislation is more appropriate in the residential setting.<o:p></o:p></p>
