[RPPTL LandTen] Referral of case

[Harry Heist]

I have a client (apartment community) being sued in Circuit Court in Palm Beach County by a debtor (represented) under FCCPA 559.551.

 

Plaintiff is suing debt collector and original creditor (apartment community).

 

Collection agency is asking for 40% collection costs in addition to debt while contract states 15%.

 

Anyone with experience interested in representing the apartment community?

 

I am going to first attempt a quick settlement but if that does not work, they need an attorney.
